I've read too much literature from the Frankfurt School, so to me "PR" is a dirty word. I think the sort of social, inclusive, and even (gasp!) honest communication that the industry needs to embrace (and hopefully is embracing, if slowly) needs a new name.
"PR" is a dirty word only becuase the people that practice it forgot what it really stood for!
